Our templates are based on Canva, which makes it one of the easiest ways to customize your templates by yourself. The Canva editor is a point-and-click visual customizer that allows you to change images, colors and fonts within just a few clicks.

For our social media templates, you will need a Canva account to open our templates, apply customizations and export the files. The good news is that the free Canva account is sufficient. All elements within our templates are included for your usage and you do not need to purchase any pro products.

Definitely. You can always change the text, images, colors, fonts and other content as many times as you wish. That is why we find that using Canva templates give the best value to our customers.

For our social media templates on Canva, you can export the files unlimited times. You can even modify the content and export multiple unique files as many times as you wish.

Our system is fully automated. You should receive your files via email no more than 10 minutes after successful payment.

Firstly, please ensure that you have filled in the correct email address. Also check your promotions tab and spam folder in case the email mistakenly made its way there. If you are still facing issues, please contact support and we will get this resolved for you.

Due to the nature of how our products are being delivered to you, there will not be any refunds.

Is my payment secure?
We only use leading online payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Payment is directly handled via the payment processors. You may read more about PayPal and Stripe‘s security standards and measures.

For our social media templates, it is very difficult to lose your templates, as they are copied over to your Canva account. If you are not able to find them, please contact support with your order details and we will gladly assist you.
